Refund & Cancellation Policy

When a booking is confirmed, we allocate dedicated time and resources specifically for your service. As a result, last-minute cancellations or changes can significantly impact our scheduling and service availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Customers are required to notify us at least 24 hours in advance if they wish to cancel a booking.
  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund.
  • For weekend bookings on Saturday, cancellation requests should be submitted before the end of business hours on the preceding Thursday.

Rescheduling Policy

  • We offer flexibility to reschedule appointments, subject to availability.
  • A minimum of 12 hours' notice is required for rescheduling requests.
  • Rescheduling within the required notice period will not incur any additional charges on working days.
  • Requests can be made through our website or by contacting our customer support team.
